MVC with Entrapment
On 1-10-2011, in the middle of all of the snowy
conditions, Boger City Fire was dispatched to a MVC with injuries
and possible entrapment. Engine 42 and Rescue 46
arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway on
its side. Crews stabilized the vehicle and removed the patient
through the sunroof. Crews created a haul system to
get the patient up the step embankment. Units that
responded were Engine 42, Rescue 46, Car 421, Car
422, Lincoln County EMS.
