Lines Down
On Monday 9/13/2010, Boger City Fire was dispatched to a power pole and line down on East Highway 150 near the new CMC Lincoln Hospital Entrance. Engine 42 arrived to find a power pole down in the roadway and a power line blocking all lanes of Highway 150. Crews blocked the roadway and diverted traffic until Duke Energy could arrive on the scene to remove pole and line. Traffic was diverted for approximately 2 hours. Units that responded were Engine 42, Truck 40, Car 421, Car 422. Thanks to Ron McCann for the contributed photos.
