House Fire
On 8/21/2011 around 12:00, Boger City Fire along with South Fork Fire and Lincolnton Fire were dispatched to a reported structure fire on Janice Road. First arriving crews advised heavy smoke coming from the structure. Crews entered the structure to find nobody at home and fire in one of the bedrooms. The fire was extinguished quickly. Damage was contained to the single room for the exception of some smoke damage. The Lincoln County Fire Marshal was called in for the investigation. Units that responded were Engine 42, Engine 74, Engine 2, Rescue 46, LCFM 1201, Car 422.
