Garage Fire
On Aug. 5, 2011 Boger City Fire was dispatched to a reported building fire on Smith Farm Rd. Engine 42 arrived on the scene to find a vehicle garage with heavy smoke showing. Crews entered the structure to find heavy smoke and fire conditions. The fire was extinguished quickly and ventilated. Lightning is thought to be the cause of the fire. Units that responded were Engine 42, Engine 41, Rescue 46, Engine 74, Car 41, Car 422, Car 421, LCFM 1203.
