Church Fire
On Tuesday July 24, 2007 Lincolnton Fire and Boger City Fire were dispatched to a reported structure fire at the corner of Flint St. and Catawba St. Engine 1 checked on the scene to report a fully involved church fire with flames through the roof. Engine 41 arrived and laid 400' of 5" LDH hose to supply Ladder 1. The fire was brought under control in minutes. The fire is still under investigation by the Lincolnton Fire Dept. Units that responded were E1, L1, E41, SQ46, Car1, Car2, Car3, Car420, Car421, Car422, Lincoln County EMS, Lincoln Rescue, and Lincolnton Police Dept.
