Kitchen Fire
On 3/16/2011 Boger
City Fire was dispatched to a structure fire on
Freeman Rd. Engine 42 arrived to report smoke coming
from the eaves of the structure. Smoke detectors
alerted the occupants and they were all accounted
for outside of the residence. Crews entered the
structure to find a fire in the kitchen wall. Crews
extinguished the fire quickly, saving the majority
of the structure and contents. The Lincoln County
Fire Marshal is investigating the fire. Units that
responded were Engine 42, Engine 41, Rescue 46,
Engine 2, Engine 3, Engine 74, LCFM 1201, Car 420,
Car 421, Car 422.
