House Fire with Lincolnton On Jan.10, 2007 Boger City Fire was dispatched to
assist Lincolnton FD with a reported attic fire. Engine
1 from Lincolnton reported heavy smoke coming from the
attic. Engine 41 and Squad 46 responded from Boger City.
When E-41 arrived on the scene, their assignment was to
pull a back-up line and vent the roof. Two members from
E-41 vented the roof while the other members manned the
back-up line and assisted interior crews. The fire was
brought under control in a matter of minutes and caused
minimal damage to the older residential home.
