Annual Fill the Boot Drive
On Saturday May 12, 2007 Boger City Fire and Lincolnton Fire members conducted their annual spring Fill the Boot drive. Both departments joined together for a day filled with hard work and fun to support MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association). The drive was cut short due to bad weather, but despite the lost hours, they raised close to 6,000 dollars which will all go to MDA to support those with neuromuscular  disease.
